I am looking to book via my employer, what is the process?
To book and invoice via a trust or organisation, firstly we require a form to be submitted to us with further information - please click here to complete
Once received, invoice will be sent to lead name provided
I have not received my booking confirmation e-mail, what should I do?

Is there parking at the venue?
Yes there are 300 free car parking spaces available on site, including electrical charging spaces if required
When will I receive the itinerary for the day?
You will receive all information of our event approximately 4 weeks before. There will be also be communications sent 2 weeks and 1 week prior
Is food included?
Light refreshments will be available at every break session. Individual lunch boxes will be provided according to dietary requirements provided at point of booking
If you have not provided dietary requirements, please contact us at least 4 weeks before event
Can I get a refund?
Yes, you can receive a full refund as long as we receive 6 weeks notice. Anything after this period will not be refunded
When do I receive my certificate?
You will receive your certificate from the CPD certification service directly, please contact us if you have not received yours - please click here
Will I receive the presentation slides?
We will put all presentations up on our website with a link for attendees only. Slides will only be available once we have received redacted versions from our speakers with the aim to have these available within 2 weeks
